Icons work with FontAwesome. Anonymous identities may sometimes be disabled or restricted.
Solution:
1. You can obtain a personal identifier by signing up at https://fontawesome.com/sessions/sign-in.
2. In the /inc folder, locate the code in the main-head.php and ac-head.php files, and replace it with your own identifier. This will ensure the icons are displayed. Having a defined identifier will prevent such issues.
