License Transfer and Domain Change Procedures

Dear Customers,

As of September 9, 2024, domain name change and license transfer procedures for our theme services have been suspended. Customers who made a purchase prior to this date will be offered a one-time paid license change opportunity.

Services obtained through a license transfer cannot be transferred again.

For paid license change requests, please contact our technical support team. A detailed invoice will be issued after the necessary information is provided.

A separate license must be purchased for each domain name.

These changes will be effective as soon as they are published on our website.
