HDDİZAYN Software Information Technologies is referred to as “HDDİZAYN” and “hddizayn.com”.
The terms "Customer" and "User" refer to individuals or organizations purchasing products/services through the hddizayn and hddizayn.com website.
All customers who create an account, make purchases, and benefit from the services via the www.hddizayn.com website ("Website") or mobile applications are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the following main terms and sub-terms. It is not possible to create a user account or purchase products/services without accepting all the conditions specified below. All users who create an account and make purchases proceed by accepting this agreement.
This agreement is presented for customer approval during membership and product/service purchase, and progress without acceptance is not permitted. It is also continuously published at the bottom of the site. It is the customer's responsibility to review and read it.
This agreement imposes rights and obligations related to the subject site on the parties. By accepting this agreement, the parties declare that they will fulfill these rights and obligations completely, accurately, and timely under the conditions specified in this agreement.
1.1 The web software and all related pages sold on our site are the property of hddizayn.com and operated by hddizayn.com. hddizayn.com reserves the right to change prices, offered products and services, and contracts at any time.
1.2 hddizayn.com agrees and undertakes that the member will benefit from the contracted products except for technical malfunctions.
1.3 The customer agrees and undertakes not to perform reverse engineering on the hddizayn products or engage in any other activities aimed at finding or obtaining their source code. Otherwise, if such activity is detected, all products currently purchased and the customer account will be canceled unconditionally, and no refund will be provided.
1.4 It is forbidden to place fake orders for trial purposes through the site. If detected, the accounts will be canceled, and new accounts cannot be created with the existing account information.
1.5 The customer agrees and declares that they will pay the additional fee determined by hddizayn.com for additional modules, requests, and adjustments to the purchased web software. The customer cannot claim any rights related to additional modules, requests, and adjustments made later. The customer only obtains a usage license for the software and additional modules and requests made later. Therefore, the customer has no right to demand that similar additional modules, adjustments, and requests not be added to another customer or site or used for general sale (unless there is an additional contract or agreement).
2.1 All titles, business names, brands, patents, logos, designs, and products on this Site, whether registered or unregistered, belong to the site operator and owner company or the specified relevant party and are protected by national and international law. Visiting this Site or benefiting from the services on this Site does not grant any rights regarding these intellectual property rights.
2.2 All products on the Site cannot be reproduced, published, copied, or transferred in any way. The entire Site or any part of it cannot be used without permission on another internet site.
2.3 The visual designs and source codes of all products detailed on the Site are registered with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, General Directorate of Copyrights, and all rights are reserved. Sales are made only through our website, the websites of our dealers, and authorized business partners.

These personal details include any other information aimed at identifying the User, such as name-surname, address, phone number, mobile phone, email address, and are briefly referred to as 'Confidential Information.'
3.2 Confidential Information will only be disclosed to official authorities if such information is requested duly by these authorities and disclosure is mandatory under the provisions of the applicable mandatory legislation.
4.1 The customer must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, this agreement will be considered violated, and the customer account will be terminated without notice.
4.2 The customer is responsible for the security of passwords and accounts on the site and third-party sites. Otherwise, hddizayn.com cannot be held responsible for data losses, security breaches, or damages to hardware and devices.
5.1 Content hosting, also known as web hosting/web server services, essentially involves hosting the customer's websites and/or databases on hddizayn servers and broadcasting them over the internet.
5.2 By using this service, the customer is deemed to accept the terms and conditions specified here. hddizayn will use all reasonable resources to provide maximum continuity and functionality of the service throughout the service period, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
5.3 The customer acknowledges that services may be inaccessible or inoperable in certain situations, including but not limited to:
5.4 The customer acknowledges that hddizayn does not have 100% control over the continuity or uninterrupted nature of the web hosting/server service provided and that such guarantees are not provided.
5.5 hddizayn will make every effort to ensure the continuity of the services provided to the customer.
5.6 By purchasing the services subject to this Agreement or creating a customer account, the customer agrees and undertakes not to engage in any behavior contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, decrees, regulations, and general morals and manners in electronic mail communication, web publications, and any transaction related to this subscription. The customer is entirely responsible for the content of their web pages, FTP, and other Internet services.
5.7 The customer agrees and undertakes not to broadcast or engage in activities related to prohibited materials listed below. Otherwise, the service received will be canceled unconditionally, and no refund will be provided.

5.8 The customer is strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities that are unlawful and criminal, even if not mentioned in the above items. Otherwise, the service received will be canceled unconditionally, and no refund will be provided.
5.9 If the hddizayn services are used to perform or facilitate behaviors that are contrary to the public's general morals and traditions, the customer's service may be restricted or terminated. The customer is aware of this.
5.10 The customer is responsible for ensuring the security of the scripts/programs installed on their account and adjusting the access permissions to the directories accordingly.
5.11 All equipment, networks, and network devices related to the hddizayn services are intended only for permitted customer use. hddizayn systems may be monitored for all lawful reasons, including ensuring authorized use, system management, protection against unauthorized access, and verifying security procedures, sustainability, and transaction security. Information can be examined, recorded, copied, and used for permitted purposes during monitoring. Using the hddizayn systems constitutes consent to such monitoring.
5.12 Any account connected to a third party's network or system without permission may be suspended. Written consent from the third party must be obtained for access to networks and systems not directly under the customer's control. hddizayn may request proof of authorized access to a third party's network or system and may require the documentation to be faxed or emailed before connecting.
6.1 If there are changes or additions to this contract during the service period, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the changes and additions upon purchasing the service. It is the customer's responsibility to review and read the terms of the contract regularly.
7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
