Hosting and Reseller Services
We perform daily automatic server backups for our Hosting and Reseller services. However, these backups are intended solely for potential system failures. Backups that may be shared with customers are taken weekly on an account basis. Customers are solely responsible for taking their own backups. Our company may, at its discretion and in good faith, share backups with customers, but this is not guaranteed.
In the event of issues caused by hardware or software on Hosting, Reseller, or SEO Reseller servers, the service owner is responsible for restoring their data from their own backups. Our company cannot be held liable under any circumstances.
Backups are only available for websites that do not exceed 5 GB in size. Websites larger than 5 GB are excluded from the backup service, and our company cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise with these sites. Customers are required to manage their own backups.
Websites exceeding 5 GB are backed up only on a monthly basis, and no data recovery guarantee is provided.
Hostider performs backups solely to prevent system-related issues. Although the responsibility for backups lies with the customer, Hostider cannot be held liable for any data loss under any condition.
Backups of accounts whose service has expired or been canceled are deleted along with the account. Data recovery in such cases is not possible.
Virtual Server Services (VPS & VDS)
We perform weekly backups for our VPS and VDS services. However, these backups are also intended only for potential system failures. At its discretion and in good faith, our company may choose to share backups with customers.
Our company is not responsible for any errors or issues that may occur in the backups. Since backups in virtual server services are made at the server level and not on a per-site basis, it is not possible to restore a single website backup. Customers are required to manage and maintain their own backups.
Dedicated Server Services
We do not offer any form of backup services—paid or free—for our dedicated server services. All responsibility for creating and storing backups lies entirely with the customer.
Accounts with overdue payments exceeding 7 days from the due date, regardless of account type, will be deleted from the servers. Since accounts (including backups) related to canceled services due to non-payment will also be removed from the servers, customers cannot request any backups after the service period ends. For this reason, our company is not and cannot be held responsible for any potential data loss.
